Our Mission Of Mediation - It is Our Mission to help individuals, organizations, and churches resolve conflict in a Christian manner, avoiding the expense, time and negative impact of legal action, using Biblically sound, Christian mediation techniques.  Alternative dispute resolution can resolve conflict often leaving the parties as friends or at least with less negative impact than legal alternatives.  The Lord has commanded us as Christians to resolve our conflict within our own community and thus we strive to do so.

Our Mission Of Professional Life Coaching - It is Our Mission through Christian Professional Life Coaching to help individuals to become the best that they can be with the gifts God has bestowed upon them.  Examining God's Word and His gifts to the individual we will help them compare where they are now to where they want to be and help them design a path that is biblically sound and that will allow them to achieve their needs and goals while remaining true to God's direction.
